Section/group transfer REQUESTS will be open for submission

from Sunday, September 27 to Tuesday, September 29, 2026 — Noon: 12:00 PM

The required documents to submit are as follows:

1- The duly completed application form signed by both students (do not fill in the section reserved for the administration)

2- A copy of both student badges

3- A copy of both students' ID cards

L2- At the registrar's office (1st floor)

L3-Master At the department level

Any incomplete or improperly filled request will not be processed. No requests will be accepted after the deadline.
